Mouth ulcers occuring regularly

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am suffering from mouth ulcers repeatedly, by using vitamin tablets its getting solved but again same problem, am getting fear do am i suffering from mouth cancer? i dont have any habit of smoking and tobacco chewing.

Mouth ulcers are multifactorial... Stress, gastric esophageal reflux, drug induced ulcers, vitamin deficiency, constant local irritation of mucosa, systemic illness can cause oral ulcers..usually ulcers heal I a weeks time anything which persistent needs to be attended by professional.
