It looks like your upper last tooth(wisdom tooth ) is impinging the cheek. Ideally u will have to get that tooth filed or extracted( removed) .

Until then u May apply DOLOGEL in that area 3-4 times a day, before meals .

Hi i rhink u got most of the medication suggestions from my fellow doctors ....so i have nothing more to tell u but i will give a tip which will help in reducing the injury I think u can get a bubble gum from any of the stores near by u.. chew the bubble gum and keep it on the area of the sharp point of the tooth such that it wont pinge to ur cheeks and the apply all the gels ...

If u don’t get bubble gum available then u can chew wheat grains so that at the end it will form a bubble gum like consistency ... which u can stick on that tooth... Once lock down is finished please visit a dentist near by...
