I have got ulcers in my mouth how can I heal it & prevent them? Can anyone please suggest me a good medicine for it & how can I prevent them to reoccur?

Ulcer is a break or discontinuity of oral epithelium...
There are several causes of ulcer
*vitamin B12 deficiency
*stress and anxiety
*iron deficiency anaemia
*viral Infections
*genetic factors
*allergic to certain foods and medication
*gastric disturbances (GERD,gastric ulcers)
TREATMENT:
* Apply dologel or hexigel 3-4times a day
* If the ulcer is due to vitaminB12 deficiency then Multivitamin tablet supplements should be given..

Good morning sir, You may apply ointment Tess/Dentogel on the ulcer 3-4 times a day till it heals completely. Ulcers can be formed due to various reasons and the prevention will be different for different cases, I would advise you to visit your dentist for a check up for a better understanding of your problem and take necessary step to prevent it.

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet like tablet supradyn once daily for a month
