Mouth ulcers and irritation from spicy food can be quite painful, but there are several remedies you can try to soothe the discomfort and help the healing process: Avoid spicy or acidic foods: Stay away from foods that can further irritate the sores, like spicy, salty, or acidic foods (citrus, tomatoes, etc.). Rinse with saltwater: A warm saltwater rinse (1 tsp salt in a glass of warm water) can help reduce inflammation and promote healing. Rinse your mouth several times a day. Use a medicated mouthwash: Over-the-counter mouthwashes with antiseptic or numbing agents can help prevent infection and ease the pain. Topical treatments: You can use gels or ointments designed for mouth ulcers, like those containing benzocaine or hydrocortisone. These can numb the area and reduce inflammation. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your mouth moist, which will help with the healing process. Increase intake of B vitamins: Sometimes, recurrent mouth ulcers can be linked to deficiencies in B vitamins, iron, or zinc. You may want to check your levels or take a multivitamin if you're not getting enough from your diet. Avoid irritants: Steer clear of alcohol, tobacco, and very hot drinks, as these can make the sores worse. .

Consult for proper medication
Health Tips
If the ulcers persist for more than 2 weeks or are exceptionally painful, you should consult a doctor or dentist for further evaluation. It could be a sign of an underlying condition or require stronger treatment
