There are multiple reasons for oral ulcers, whether solitary or multiple, and the right diagnosis can never be made only by the patient's description of the problem.... A proper clinical examination by a specialist will be required for the right diagnosis...... the right treatment can always be instituted only after the right diagnosis..... till that time you can apply anaesthetic gel like dologel CT for symptomatic relief from your problem.... but because the problem is recurrent, you should not delay your visit to the dentist....
Regards....
