I am suffering from 20 days mouth ulcers small type, kindly suggest me medicine aur home remedies.i am also tension about this matter,i take Anti acidity medicine also.

Ulcer is defined as break in the continuity of oral epithelium
CAUSES OF ULCER :
Accidental biting
injury from tooth brush
poor oral hygiene
burns from eating hot food
Anxiety and stress
Iron deficiency anemia
reaction to certain medication
Viral infection
oral thrush infection
Underlying Gatrointestinal disease like crohn's disease
Vitamin B12 deficiency
If the ulcer persists more than a week you need to consult with the dentist immediately
