Mouth Ulcers -Getting Frequently
I am getting mouth ulcers very frequently these days. The previous ulcers heal and I get next set of ulcers within a week. Please suggest remedy/medicine/tests to be done

Recurrent ulcers could be a sign of constant stress. Also, nutritional deficiency. Take Vitamin B complex, with folic acid and zinc and citrus fruits. One of the manifestation of stress is ulcers

Just apply dologel first and after that consume more green leafy vegetable along with green vegetables. And take more of water

Consult a good physician or a gastroenterologist as recurring ulcers could be related to a systemic issue. For symptomatic relief apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food and add vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet. Reduce stress as that can cause ulcers also
