Kindly consult a dentist first . if its normal apthous ulcer means it will get cured by ointment application and vitamin tablets . if it didnt responded means take a biopsy either in dental college or hospital . if your uncle is having any habits of betel chewing etc like that means immediately kindly stop it. hope get well soon . thank you.
