My father has mouth ulcer for a year now...and taking normal medicine in time but have not get much relief...which doctor or hospital will be best for this

In your father's condition, the ulcers for a long period maybe the chance of:
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or if any history of tobacco chewing, smoking etc cause of unhealed ulcers.
Next Steps
please consult oral and maxillofacial surgeon for that lesion and diagnostic investigation for diabetes mellitus

Respected sir, a mouth ulcer usually normally heals within 7-15 days but an ulcer with such long history can be alarming.You need to consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon or a dentist to evaluate the severity & cause of the ulcer.
