The fastest way to ensure an an ulcer healing is to treat it with a soft tissue laser by biostimulation. It will need 5 min tops and you will experience immediate relief. An ulcer typically takes 7 to 10 days if allowed to heal on its own. With a laser you can reduce the time to 2 days.
If you want to go the medicinal way only then mucopain or dologel CT will help ease the discomfort.
Next Steps
Find a dentist who practises LASER dentistry.
