hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal ulcers. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

The fastest way to ensure an an ulcer healing is to treat it with a soft tissue laser by biostimulation. It will need 5 min tops and you will experience immediate relief. An ulcer typically takes 7 to 10 days if allowed to heal on its own. With a laser you can reduce the time to 2 days. If you want to go the medicinal way only then mucopain or dologel CT will help ease the discomfort.
Next Steps
Find a dentist who practises LASER dentistry.
Health Tips
If the ulcer takes longer than 2 to 3 weeks to heal be sure to have it checked.

Oral ulcers usually take up to 7 days for normal healing.... there is no BEST Mouth Ulcer gel..... any oral gel containing lignocaine or benzocaine will do the job effectively...... Basically, it only provides symptomatic relief till the natural course of healing is over.....
Next Steps
you can use dologel CT ointment because it contains anaesthetic as well as antiseptic agents....
