I have five ulcers in my mouth but i dont know what has caused it please help

There are many reasons for ulcers few of them are
Stress
Gastritis
Infection
And if there is any trauma from the teeth or sharp edges of the teeth
But get it checked once
Since you have not told it's painful or no or is it crossing midline

Since how long? IS IT Painful? Is is crossing midline? Do u had any trauma, any new toothpaste etc... Well it can be simple defeciency of vitamins to viral type infection.
