Mouth Ulcer
Hi i have an ulcer(as per dr examine) in lower premoler teeth gum(lower part) from last 25 days,which is very painful at the time of eating and opening of the mouth.Yesterday again i had consult with my dentist he told me that nothing to be worry and prescribed anteseptic mouth gel and vitamin B complex along with pain killer. Now i am tense how long does it take to heal my painful ulcer?

Amlenox (0.1% amlexanox) oint application on the ulcer region,5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes. Melcovit gold, once a day, 3 weeks.
