Mouth breath
When am sleeping my mouth is open so at the time of wakeup my mouth is dry and bad breathing  how can I stop this one please suggest me

The problem could be enlarged tonsils, adenoids or a sinus related issue in which case has resulted in mouth breathing.

Hello, I think you have a habit of mouth breathing. If it is there then visit a dentist (orthodontist) for proper consultation. Drink lots of water in whole day and drink water before bed. Try deep breathing exercises. That will help you sleep and breath properly. Regards
