Motivation to diet
I have started gyming since last week but i am not able to get motivation to diet. i always think eating everytime and can't resist eating junk. how to get motivated. i am weighing 74 kgs. height - 5.4

According to your height your ideal weight should be 59 kgs.you need to reduce a lot .Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. ask  me directly for customized diet plan for you.
