Gym supplyments

Having whey supplement in our diet while doing gym good or not..does it have any side effects. I started doing gym 4months back but I am not satisfied with the result I am getting. I tried increasing my diet but still I think the nutrition is not enough.

Nutrition with proper exercise always gives good results. Dnt take more supplements. Take proper plan according to your height or weight. There is a ratio of protein and carbohydrate in a whole day meal. It will arrange according your lifestyle, diet (veg or non-veg), exercise(hrs),type of supplements.
