I am 28 years old, and I do exercise 3 times a week. I took Zyrova 10mg every alternative day after dinner. Is it safe for me to take one scoop of whey protein (Muscleblaze Biozyme Isolate whey protein) every day after the gym?

Health Tips
Protein Supplements - you should never take in the night, but only in the morning or afternoon...
Extra protein or supplements will depend on the duration and the kind of exercise you do. If you are exercising only 3 times a week your protein needs can be met through natural sources like Eggs, chicken, paneer , soy products etc.
If you still wish to take supplements consult a professional on the kind of supplement and the dosage that you should take depending on your age, medical history etc.
