Hello sir, For gaining muscle weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water . Take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day.

Hi For muscle gain you should follow a diet which is rich in protein. And after exercise is the exact time to take protein as absorption is higher at this stage . Before doing exercise simple carb is must .
