I don't know whats wrong. I am lacking interest in almost every thing. I don't like to talk to anyone. I am in a state of melancholy the whole day. I have constant headache n driziness. Whats wrong with me?

Your symptoms lack of interest in almost everything,not feeling like talking to anyone,state of melancholy etc are suggestive of depression. Headache and dizziness can accompany depression.
