I get very disturb and angry at small things..bad idea always come in my mind..I always fails to communicate people properly.. always gets isolated from my surroundings.. feel like everyone hates me.. always fail to adopt situations..

Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications to solve your problems as many things can't be discussed in forum like this...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck

I think your low self esteem  is causing all these issues. Yes I can understand,  that there are various  reasons for that. At the same time ever it is possible for you to boost your confidence and lead a happy and successful life,  you consulting a Psychologist .
