Hello By all means anger is a manifestation of an overworked or overwhelmed mind. If you are already dealing with a lot psychologically,  even slightest of further addition to your burden will trigger anger or irritation. It is a very natural thing but what remains theajor concern is what has overwhelmed you mentally. And how can the conflicts be resolved. If you  don't  seem find it easy  to arrive upon a reason and cure for this ,  feel free to connect  to a psychiatrist of your choice online  or offline  to enable your freedom from this state of mind. It may or may not require medicines depending  on detailed evalution.
