Apla and karyotyping are definitely recommended in case of recurrent miscarriage.
Antibiotics and hysteroscopy might have been suggested based on some other risk factors or ultrasound reports.

Hi
At what weeksdid your miscarriage occur?
What were the ultrasound findings?
Did u have spontaneous bleed or in scan fetal heart didn't occur?
So the need for further investigations depends on these.
Now a days 3D ultrasounds are available to look for uterine structural problems instead of hysteroscopy
