Miniscus tear
While playing badminton I had injured my knee. in the initial stages my knee used to swell whenever I play, when I try to bend, it becomes tight. with this symptoms I confirmed it as miniscus tear, then I took rest for one week.. As I had another tournament I player for another 15 days after some rest. Now for past 15 days I am not playing at all. if I walk for long distance or If I stand more time, I feel little pain in my knee. how should take treatment ?

Did you consult an orthopaedic or had MRI done to know the extent of meniscal injury? Does your knee lock or give away?
