Milk consumption
I just love drinking a lot of milk I drink around 10 to 12 glasses of milk a day I am completely addicted to milk but a Swedish study says that drinking more than three classes of milk a day  causes mortality and fractures a very high increased risk of fractures is this true?

Milk consumption should be only 2 glass sufficient . Rather  than milk can take curd , buttermilk . But it should moderate amount so connect me practo for any issue .

Milk is not a healthy food anymore. And our present lifestyle does not suit milk consumption. It's just for taste but can cause a lot of health issues in the later life. Better to opt for the safer milk products such as curd or buttermilk, but that too in moderation. All the best.

Great Noon, yes. That's true, first of all milk having lactic acid, more acid intake will give more side effects like acidity, gastritis. And over calcium absorption may week your bone, it might end up with fracture, arthritis, psychological addiction on food will end up with other psychological issues too, 2glasses milk more enough for a day

Gud noon,any food item's should be taken in some limitations not excess intake is advisable.2glasses of milk per day is fyn but not more than that amount.
