Mild pain and white sore beside wisdom
It is my x ray picture...doctor recommends anti infective medicine.. is there any abnormalities in this picture or need to remove wisdom teeth?

Firstly X ray can be read against white background or light board with white plate which is available at dental office or chair mounted.
So without Clearly understanding X ray or just looking at photo of X ray it will be improper to give opinion or give a Justified solution to it.
So a big No.
Yes to answer further if gums are swollen then it may be pericoronitis...
Step one - Scaling or teeth cleaning
Step two - Operculectomy or gum surgery to remove excessive gums where food is getting entrapped and getting rotten and may be cause of pain and swelling...
Step three - If infected or carious wisdom tooth beyond repair then it might be extracted
So let your dentist who saw the case take a final call whether to extract or not?
And of course if you are not satisfied with one dentist take opinion from another dentist visiting physically in the clinic and not on the video call or chat please.

This x ray though shows that you have an impacted wisdom tooth which if troubling a lot needs to get extracted.
