Hi, your diagnostic x ray clearly depicts the need for wisdom tooth removal without any delays, the concerned tooth has already damaged adjacent tooth and it will continue to do so if not extracted, ultimately you might end up losing both the teeth. So visit your dentist and get it extracted. Regards Dr. Chadha Kandhari Smile Studio New Delhi

Hi.. Wisdom teeth usually don’t have enough space to emerge or develop normally. So they comes through at an angle and pushes into the gum or the tooth beside it leading to infection, pain, difficulty chewing, bad breath and radiating pain through the jaw and head. By looking at your x-ray, your wisdom tooth is pushing the adjacent Root Canal treated tooth. So your wisdom tooth has to be removed at the earliest, delaying it further can damage the adjacent tooth also.
Next Steps
Consult Oral Surgeon for removal of wisdom tooth
Health Tips
Warm salt water rinses 2-3 times a day

The pain here could be because of the wisdom tooth or the tooth beside it. The wisdom tooth is impinging on the root canal treated tooth and you need to go for an extraction of the wisdom tooth according to this xray.
Next Steps
Visit a specialist and take it forward from there

The xray shows the tooth may just end up damaging the roots of the 2nd molar tooth. If you leave the tooth as it is, it can lead to more dental woes along with constant episodes of pain and maybe swelling as well. Pain does subside with medicines but until you extract it, the changes of more episodes of pain are quite high.
