Dear Doctor,
I am facing some issue with my left knee..!! It started paining last year. I was an active trekker and also went to half Marathon (wasn't in practice of running or long walks)
During pandemic, got some rest due to which pain started fading away..!!
Recently, I started playing football a bit once or twice a week but, then again my leg pain started..!!
I face this issue while masturbation.. Only my left leg pains..!!
I need some assistance on the same.. I don't want to stop running or any physical activities forever.
Attached the MRI report captured 2 days ago.
Thanks,
Dhiraj Panda

Dhiraj I checked your MRI of knee, here not Big issue.. there some mild change only
And this pain because of continuous irritating to knee ligaments..
You should Take rest at least 15 days with take High Protein diet and take pain killer only, avoid anything massage over the knee.. it mucoid degeneration so don't worry body will respond again it so provide protein and vitamin C to body Only that's sufficient
