It looks like the spinal disc bulge is pressing on your nerve (left sciatic nerve). This causes tightness, numbness or pin pricking and radiating sort of pain over the buttoks, on the lateral aspect of thigh, behind knee and may extend upto your ankle and foot depends on severity.
Next Steps
I suggest you not to involve in any high endurance sports (like cricket, football etc) till the assessment have been done by a qualified physiotherapist or an orthopedician. Doctor/therapist have to physically evaluate you, may need x ray / mri to confirm. The doctor will suggest you set of specific exercises to strengthen your core muscles, correcting postural abnormalities and stretching of tighter muscles etc. Sometimes traction is required. Earlier treatment will help you to recover fully, there by helping you to return to your game as good as before. Consult a good physio asap, more you delay, worser it will be.
Health Tips
Prevent bending your trunk and lifting heavy objects and avoid other activities with flexing/bending your trunk. Drink around 2 liters of water daily in regular intervals Your doctor may advise you the rest. Best wishes.
