Dear sir, What you are going through is indeed tough, but please know that these symptoms can occur in a variety of psychiatric problems. The following are some questions which will need an answer before we can decide your diagnosis and treatment: 1. How long have you been going through all this? 2. Does anyone else in your family also have a history of such or any other mental health issue? 3. Do you have any other medical problem like blood pressure, any cardiac issue and thyroid disorder etc? 4. Do you consume alcohol or smoke tobacco for relief? 5. Any past history of treatment? Like this, much more deeper evaluation shall be needed sir before arriving at the solution.
Next Steps
Please visit a psychiatrist at the earliest to get relief. You may contact me for a private consultation if you wish.
Health Tips
Please consume a light diet, and avoid smoking or drinking alcohol.

It appears that you are really suffering. Unfortunately, the information that you had given is not sufficient to come to a conclusion as to what you are suffering from. It could be plain anxiety, or anxiety secondary to any of the psychiatric disorders; all these symptoms could also be secondary to alcohol or any other substance abuse/dependence I would advise you to urgently consult a psychiatrist in person. He would be able to give you immediate relief as well as long term treatment. Take care, do not postpone your visit to the psychiatrist. You will benefit from the visit..
