Mental pressure
Hello dr I am a female 20 yrs old  , since few day I am feeling very stressed, feel like to cry out loudly, shout , loneliness, headache ,mood swings, I react soon for happiness or sadness, with span of mins I feel dual emotions , at times feeling to suicide, feeling mental pressure, panic attacks , no quality sleep ,I am not feeling interested in any work, I am student who learns very quickly, bt I am forgetting  wt I study these days. I am suffering from pcos past 5 yrs , irregular cycle n have so many family related issues . I feel pressure from my family also😭 ,no one understands me ,hairfall issues, overthinking ..etc

You need to visit a clinical psychologist and psychiatrist. If your problem is very severe then you visit a psychiatrist first. Otherwise visit a clinical psychologist.
