Menopause,sleep deprivation,morning vomi
Since 2018 beginning I'm suffering from menopause. I haven't been able to sleep properly for a long time without a sleeping pill. I've the issue of morning vomiting and intestinal churning right after I get up and brush my teeth. Once this happens, the whole day I feel terribly tired and unmotivated to do anything. As soon as I come back from work I just want to lie down on the bed. It's not that I sleep. I'm unable to sleep yet I ways feel sleepy and tired. It's hard to do simple tasks sometimes and the mind makes everything looks like a mountain to be moved. I don't feel like socialising as well. My husband has been suggesting me to try yoga and stuff but I've not been able to break the threshold of my laziness. I really want to be fit and moving but I simply am not able to gather enough motivation and courage to look positively and actively towards life. All I can do is the bare minimum necessary tasks of the day and the rest of the tasks look to big to be completed.

You need to consult a qualified mental health professional as I don't think that the symptoms are due to menopause. Some of the symptoms are indicating depression.
