Depression and sleep deprivation
I have been feeling depressed and frustrated for the last 1.5 years. I cannot sleep at night and cannot concentrate on studies and work. I have gained a lot of weight since the last 2-3 years. I feel angry or irritated all the time. I behave very rudely with my family though I don't want to. I went to a psychologist but she did not take my problems seriously. I don't know if anybody will understand my problems or not. I really want to get out of this mess. Is there anyone who can help me?

Depression is due to disturbance in d neurochemicals in the brain. And counselling is not effective in severe depression. It's a treatable condition. U need not suffer. Consult a psychiatrist online or in person for early recovery.
