Sleep deprivation
Hello there,      I can't sleep due to some personal issues n problems. When I go to bed I try some psychological tricks to get some sleep like, thinking about good things, diverting from evil, etc. But, it doesn't work anymore now.   Any help??

You've mentioned you have some personal problems and issues going om. Simply put, you have a lot going on in your head. may be excessive worry etc. At difficult times, our body is in a defensive or fight mode hence you may find it difficult to sleep. This is absolutely normal and common.

Seek help of a qualified specialist. A psychotherapist to help you handle your life issues better. Also, a neurologist to rule any physical problems.
Health Tips
Maintain a schedule. Exercise , even if its an half hour walk. Eat healthy. od not skip meals. Have fruits and fibre. Have a bath before you go to bed and do not use any gadgets atlases an hour before you sleep.

You need to identify what is going through your mind which prevents you from getting sleep. You mentioned personal problems. Have you consulted someone to find some resolution to these issues? If you have a lot on your mind which is not getting resolved, then your mind will be too occupied with this to get sleep. Long term stress has a large impact on sleep. An easy mind sleeps well.

On certain you know to handle and resolve those issues,  you might get back your good sleeping pattern.
