It really depends on what fits you best. You might have to try out different ones to understand what best suits you. There are many mediations available on YouTube. Remember not all of them might seem soothing therefore give multiple mediations a try before you decide.
Next Steps
Do seek counseling for anxiety symptoms
Health Tips
The most relaxing mediations are guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. Try these out on YouTube

Hi... Following a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely Meals, Sleep, Exercise, and Breathing/Meditation will help you get back your control over your mood. But it cannot treat anxiety/panic disorder. That requires proper diagnosis and treatment, including medication and/or therapy. You can start breathing techniques like Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing to help you relax.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist.
