Hi..how much is d fever, record it to know the maximum peak.. calcium is a supplement. During  breastfeeding u can take dolo 650 for fever or can take combiflam also..but it's best To know the reason for fever..get your breast and suture area seen by a gynaecologist as that might be d reason for fever.

Hi I'm Dr. S. R. Raveendran, M. D. You can take normal paracetamol and Ceterizine tablets. If fever persists for more than 3 days, then kindly do investigation.
