I am do it 3-4 times a day sometimes. And once a day. Please help me how to get rid of this addiction.

Many young males land up with many types of problems.Majority of times, the underlying cause is lack of the knowledge about Physiology of male sex or the Sex education.There are lots of myth related to masturbation.Society and some cultures don’t approve this sort of activity.These types of conflicts leads to anxiety and other mental problems in the males. Masturbation may be taken up as a normal physiological phenomenon happening with the males of that age.
