According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from mastitis . Mastitis-inflammation of mammary gland of breast due to Bacterial infection or something other. Diagnosis is done by culture of milk and Ultrasound of breast and mammogram of breast .
Next Steps
Treatment-depend on the condition of disease- you can take treatment as follow as... 1-Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food. 2-Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 3-Tab Amoxyclav 2 time per day for 3 days after food 4-Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 5-Cap Multivitamin A to Z gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
