Today I felt a swelling (pea size) at groin area where the thigh starts, i am confused between swelling of lymph nodes and inguinal hernia.
It pains slightly when I touch it otherwise it is normal most of the time.
About my medical condition-- I am having kidney stones (2.5mm and 2.2 mm in both kidney) and Inflammation on penis glans.
Please tell me what is this and about medicine

Your history is suggestive of inflammatory inguinal lymph node swelling which needs Clinical examination and blood investigations including blood sugar VDRL and others .you need to get a ultrasound whole abdomen done.
Hi
As the swelling is painful it is probably a lymph node which is secondary to the inflammation u described on ur glans penis.
This is to be examined physically to determine the cause of the inflammation.
If ur comfortable pls do share a picture
Next Steps
consult and physical examination by a general surgeon or dermatologist will help u to take further steps
It’s very important to be examined by a surgeon to asses whether it’s a lymph node or hernia. So would suggest you to meet a general and laparoscopic surgeon.
