Hello, I have lumps under my scalp for more than six years .They are small , movable and only visible when I stretch my neck hard. Recently, I have been very anxious about my health after I got a trigger from my friend. My friends epidermal cyst got infected after she changed her place for work. I'm planning to move to another city . I'm scared if my lumps will get affected too. As I have dandruff problems...I got those lumps after I got a scalp infection...Can ayurvedic medicine helps to completely shrink them ? They have been slowly shrinking back to their original position but for now I can still feel their presence but not as before I noticed them 6 years ago. My anxiety get triggers whenever I think about those lumps and search on Google about it. Also, some posts on Instagram, YouTube also triggers my anxiety.
