Lump near groin area
Last week i noticed a small lump(pea size) in between my left thigh and groin area. It doesn't feel any pain though. I don't smoke or drink and haven't had sex for the past 3 years. My weight used to be between 54-55. But i noticed that now my weight is anywhere between 56.8 to 57.6. i work from home and do cycling during weekends for 30 to 40 minutes. Also, i have a very small lump in my right armpit as well with no pain. I was under hair PRP and acne treatment since last September. I took finastride and isotretinoin tablets. But, that treatment is completed and i only use topical solution(minoxidil )in my hair weekly 5 times. Apologies for the graphic image of my groin. What could be the reason for the lump in my groin.
