She might be having muscle stiffness. She need to continue her Physiotherapy for next few day to get relief from pain and also advice her to follow postural correction ergonomics means sit straight and avoid bending.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times
She might have strained some of the back muscles while doing some household works.
She should continue taking physiotherapy for atleast another 5-7 days.
Next Steps
avoid bending in front and lifting anything heavy.
follow the advices given by the physio.
