I have severe sciatic nerve pain...please suggest what should I do... cant sit, stand or sleep properly...in pain...

Greetings, sorry about the pain. You have less flexibility at hips which is the reason you have this pain. Not to be worried. Ice the area behind back of thigh. Do hamstring stretching as home program.
