I am suffering from sciatica from 6-7 weeks and the pain travels from lower back to my left leg and whenever I bend forward the pain increases. While doing daily activities it doesn't effect that much. What should I do now?

Start doing some back extension exercises it will help . Apply hot pack for about 10-15 minutes. Avoid forward bending, bend your knees if you want pick anything from floor.

As your weight is 135kg with the age of 18 years, you must focus on losing weight first. Because of this you might have weak abdominals and contracted back and core muscles. As you were having radiating pain your left leg, start doing Nerve Mobilization Technique. just take one MRI to know the level of nerve lesion and get back to me

Hi please visit your nearby physio therapy clinic for electro therapy. Avoid bending forward n lifting heavy weights. Back strengthening excs. Will be helpful. Postural correction advised. Wear lumbar belt while standing n walking.
