You need to undergo braces/clip treatment and a jaw correction. In order to correct the position of the teeth and provide a better functioning bite, the jaw bones must be in the correct position. Braces alone cannot correct the bite. Surgery will be needed to move the jaws into the right position so the teeth can be moved to meet evenly. And, If the jaws are to be moved into the correct position, it is important your teeth are moved so that they will meet evenly after surgery. It is likely that your bite may appear worse before surgery Fixed braces are used prior to jaw surgery because they allow the most accurate positioning of the teeth before the operation. It usually takes 24 - 36 months but will vary according to how severe your case is. Missed and cancelled appointments or repeated breakages of the brace will add to the overall treatment time.
Next Steps
Consult an Orthodontist and an Oral Surgeon

Go to the opd of any dental college after lockdown. The extent of your lower jaw to upper jaw difference in not known, since you haven't included any photograph with your query. Moreso, your condition needs a thorough examination along with radiograph of your oro-nasal structure. Nothing to worry, you will get the required treatment as per the extent of your problem.
Next Steps
You might get treated either by an orthodontist or oral surgeon ( if the extent of problem is too noticeable).
Health Tips
As i said, the extent of your condition will define the time your condition will take to heal. So, nothing much can be said without examination.

There are multitude of treatment option available and it all requires you visiting a Orthodontist (preferably) and getting yourself properly checked. An Orthodontist would take a proper history and radiographs, analyse it and then come to a conclusion as to what treatment is apt for you.
Next Steps
Pls visit a Dental Practice near you and meet a Orthodontist.
Health Tips
Pls undergo a ENT consultation and get a report to rule of possible causes of mouth breathing or any other habit as the bite can get altered due to such habits.

Kindly provide more detail information like u were able to eat before properly or it is same since u noticed, have u met with an accident etc As far I am assuming you have this condition since start and u started noticing it , ur biting is not proper because of the jaw size and malaligned teeth The treatment required options are Orthodontic treatment where the bite will be corrected using wires and this treatment takes around a year this also may be followed by surgical procedures to reduce the size of lower jaw The detail procedure can be explained in personal chat
Next Steps
Visit your dentist preferably an orthodontist or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for proper clinical and radio graphical examination to proceed with proper and exact treatment plan
Health Tips
Picture will help explaining better If you r unable to bite due to any trauma or it has happened recently due to any other reason the treatment plan will change But this is what I am assuming then above mention treatment will be followed depending on severity and condition of your jaw and teeth and this is the right age to go for this treatment.
