Lower backup pain
I am suffering with lower backup pain since a month, if I bend my head down, pain is more sever. I did some exercise for my tummy since ,back pain got started

Avoid exercise Do hot fermentation. Physiotherapy treatment for 7 days then start stretching exercises

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It looks like Mechanical back pain, the permanent solution is back strengthening exercise apart from that use Spinal Belt while traveling, and Place Pillows under Knee while sleeping or lay down. Ktape will reduce muscle tension, IFT is for reduce Pain and Traction will reduce muscle tension.
Next Steps
if Pain continues pain kindly go for further investigations like Xray or MRI.

Hi... I would like to have more details of your back pain...to guide you precisely.... How does the pain started...and where... Was there any stiffness associated with that initially... How severe was the pain... What activities increases or reduces the pain... Was there any functional restrictions... Kindly let me know the nature of your job... Like was that involves lot if sitting... Or lifting weights..etc As of now, I suggest you to ice up your back... Do core strengthening exercises... Do spine extension exercises...
