Lower back pain
It has recently stared, specially when i get up in the morning and during sleep. As my job is of touring one i need to travel a lot

Can be a repititive stress injury to the back muscles, postural dysfunction or early degenerative changes. Try doing genral body warm up exercises after getting up in the morning. Visit a physiotherapist for comprehensive assessment and treatment for the same.

avoid sitting for long duration. avoid sitting in awakward positions while travelling. use a travel pillow for neck support.

Try postural correction, Prefer travelling by train or air travel

This could be a mechanical pain...due to excessive use of you back muscles,and your postural dysfunction... Go to physiotherapist he will help you out from this.

Your pain could be due to excessive strain on ur back. Take some rest, correct ur posture and visit a physiotherapist
