Lower back pain
I was having back pain from 5 days but after that I went to Physiotherapist and took therapy now the pain is minimal but still I feel that after sitting for long the pain starts but it is not of much intensity. Also I am unable to bend forward because it's risky. What should I do to gain full strength also of there is any diet which can accelerate the strength of muscle. Please advise.
