I have lower back pain. When I sit more than 2 hours then back pain starts slowly and then after some times becomes difficult to sit on chair.
Please advice/suggest treatment for it.

Back pain can occure for a number of reasons,including injury,aging,illness and disease.Try yoga squats to relieve temporary lower back pain.picking the right chair is important too.If you are feeling tired or sore at work,take a couple minutes to stand up,stretch,or even change your position.
