I have been suffering from a lower back pain from 3 days. Have applied volini etc for two days but nothing seems to lower the pain. I can walk but slowly , can't really bend also.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Have IFT. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Then do back muscle strengthening exercises.

Get to see a physiotherapist specialised in posture correction as you have lost flexibility at hips. Not to be worried, just as a short term solution do hamstring stretch. ice the area around back thigh twice a day until you see a physio.
