Lower back pain
From last 1 week, I am suffering from severe lower back pain. It goes through hip area to left leg. It feels like someone injecting a needle into my legs. I can't even sit properly. Any help or suggestion will be grateful.

Hello. You have sciatica, nerve root irritation in spine possibly due to a slipped disc. You should see an orthopaedic surgeon and have an MRI scan of lumbar spine. An x-ray will not add any useful information and will expose you to ionising radiation. The MR scan will give all required information. Treatment is mainly conservative with pain killers, postural training and physiotherapy- which is key. Most people at your age resolve fully with conservative treatment and very few require surgery. If overweight, please start an active lifestyle.
Next Steps
Above.
