Lower back pain and leg cramps
Hi,
I am suffering from severe lower back pain and leg pain almost whole day whenever I sit , stand, sleep or do any work..I am 5 and a 1/2 weeks pregnant now.
Is this condition normal??
How to get ease this pain??
Please help me on this..

Hi dear, yes some amount of pain is normal during pregnancy, as the spine aligns to give space for the baby. But, you are too early to get back pain from pregnancy.
